Fasting Metabolic Health publishes educational content about fasting, metabolic health, nutrition, fitness, ketogenic and low-carbohydrate eating, and related products and tools.
Evidence and sourcing
For health-related claims, we prioritize peer-reviewed research, systematic reviews, major medical organizations, government health agencies, universities, and other reputable primary or expert sources. We aim to distinguish well-established findings from emerging, preliminary, or conflicting evidence.
Practical language
Our goal is to explain complex topics in clear language without overstating what research can prove. We avoid presenting associations as causes and avoid promising specific health outcomes.
Commercial content
Some pages may contain affiliate links. Commercial relationships do not determine the conclusions of our editorial content. Affiliate relationships are disclosed where appropriate.
Publication and purchase-link checks
Before publication or a substantial update, we require factual and citation checks, an editorial review, destination checks for purchase links, and live-page link and layout checks. We also check that article listings offer an obvious working “See full article” link. Automated mobile audits and desktop checks are not described as real-device testing.
For buying guides, we review comparison rows, quick picks, detailed recommendations, relevant supplies and final buying summaries. Recommended-product comparison rows should include a linked product name and a clearly retailer-labelled price or shopping button. We repeat useful purchase links at genuine decision points, without linking every repeated mention or inserting sales into cancer, emergency or safety guidance. Educational articles may link to relevant buying guides or optional products when that helps the reader.
We check the retailer and selected model where possible. If an exact listing cannot be verified, an affiliate shopping search must be clearly labelled as a search, not an exact product purchase. Affiliate disclosures, research limitations and medical cautions remain visible. We do not claim hands-on testing or verified commission tracking without evidence.
Updates and corrections
Health research and product information change. Important articles may be reviewed and updated as new evidence or material product changes emerge. If we identify a meaningful factual error, we aim to correct it promptly.
